I am on the Lindora program. I lost 13 lbs the first 2 weeks, but now I am holding steady. I have been on the plateau menu and now the highly motivated menu. I also attend weight watcher meetings for the sense of community, which Lindora doesn't have. I know Lindora is a "rapid" weight loss plan, but I don't need to feel like I am a failure if I don't lose every time I weigh in.
