Stayed The same again not getting the steps in due the lousy weather here in Wales 🏴.Is it ever going to stop raining ? . Must look at my macros and calories again see if I need to reduce calories. Losing inches but no weight very slow progress. On a positive note at least I haven’t gained with my chocolate fest over Easter 😂. Hope you are all well and the scales are working in right direction for you .Have a great weekend all 😊

Had a lovely Easter with family and friends probably ate my body weight in chocolate . Didn’t drink a great deal 2 glasses of wine with my lovely Easter Sunday Lunch Turkey and all the trimmings it was delicious. Back to my plan plenty of water keep busy do as many steps as I can keep in my deficit. Started today feeling positive.Hope you all had a great Bank holiday . Will weigh on Friday hopefully not gained too much .

So disappointed gained a kilo this week getting complacent I think . Grandsons birthday this weekend then Easter ! Easter egg shell my kinda chocolate don’t hold out much hope for losing anything in the coming week . However if I can maintain still a win in my book . Have a great weekend guys .. 🥰

No loss this week hoping better next week leg a lot better so been able to do walk 12000 steps today well pleased 😌 Hope everyone is well .Happy Mothers Day to you all this Sunday have a great weekend all hoping the weather stays dry .
