I have been doing a buddy system with Jim from February , very simple. I weighed first thing in the morning and sent the pic of my toes on the scale and wrote my weight down. No fried foods, no bread, no rice, no pasta.
three meals a day -
Breakfast -coffee, 4 oz greek yogurt + a handful of unsalted almonds (yuck but I love it now)+ 2 strips of turkey bacon, 8 oz water.
Lunch - Protein/broiled/baked/stewed with salad and 1/2 tablespoon bluecheese dressing(trust me, this is the best I can get with a dressing to even eat a salad)
Dinner - protein shake with Almond milk ( yes sweetened), water
began with half a mile on the Ellyptical, now at 2 miles, no more.

losing 0.1 lb a week

I went to Publix and found out my blood pressure on 8/28/13 was 148/86!!
I have now decided that sitting on the fence doing nothing is more detrimental to my health than doing a little, just a little towards improving my health, my weight and ultimately in addressing
my number #1 problem, sleep deprivation.
I am now comitted to cutting my daily calories.
This is my plan:
Almased shake 3 times a day for 7 days, water, broth.
5 times a week, tread mill/walking 1-2 miles.
Then some exercise.....how will I be able to do it :(
