I am still not meeting my RDI. I need to get to the grocery store! There is nothing in the house that is conducive to my plan! At least I've been good abstaining from the bad stuffs!

I also need to get moving! I'm not exercising as much as I should be. I've been walking at work on my lunch and doing stretches at night, but I need to work it MORE!

I'm down 2 pounds this week after a few weeks of plateau...very happy about that! Also that my hubby is onboard with getting healthy! That makes me very happy!

I've been walking on my lunch break at work every day this week. I corridors of my building is like a mini track. I walk round and round for 1/2 hour in an air conditioned environment! Love it!
