Halloween is going to be the death of me.
I just ate my weight in unhealthy carbs/sugar at the Halloween bfast party at work.
I need to like, not eat for the rest of the week.
Thank god my costume isn't skimpy.

BRACING MYSELF
for this weekend.
Going to visit family means that
A) no one in the house understands my gluten-free needs
B) Rednecks eat nothing but casseroles and pizza and beer
C) I'm going to gain 5 pounds by Monday if I don't pack my own groceries to take with me.
If I can behave myself food-wise this weekend, I am totally going to buy myself a present next week when I get paid.

TIME TO GET MY MOJO BACK
New city, new single-ness, well, the single-ness isn't that new, but it's finally time to embrace it.
I just want back the body I had for the first 2 years of college, before the all-nighters started inducing midnight junk-food runs to 7-11 and I was in an (almost) year-long relationship that let me 'let go' of my figure.
I know I'm not that far from my target weight, about 7 pounds at this point, but I've already taken off the first easy 10 and now I need that PUSH to exercise, to tone up, to not jiggle.
I'm worried about having excess skin, as I've already started to notice around my stomach, from being stretched a bit for two years.
I mean, 20 pounds! I can't believe I let myself go - and didn't even notice!
I think the hardest places for me to lose weight are going to be my thighs and my arms. I didn't know my arms could get fat! I thought only REALLY fat people had fat arms. But especially now that I've lost some weight elsewhere, my arms totally stand out as chubby.
Time to start up with the pilates again!!!
And to put down the Nutella.
