Back in the loop. Have had a rough summer, but I refuse to get negative about it. Onward and upward. Menopause has really thrown me a curve. So used to eating pretty much what I want because I exercise so consistently. Have gained over 18 pounds without really changing my habits. Very frustrating. definitely have to reconstruct my food habits. Eliminating any refined carbohydrates. Seeing if that makes a difference.
