These past 2 weeks have been a bit more difficult for me. I had lots to do and therefore didn't get to the gym on a regular basis. I found that I was hungrier even though I was eating enough food. I guess working out stops me from being as hungry. I'm definitely making time to go to the gym this week.

We were on vacation this week and I followed the eating plan reasonably well. The difference is that I didn't get to the gym all week! It definitely makes a difference.

I've been following the plan very well the past 2 weeks. I'm feeling better every day. I couldn't get to the gym this week but made it up by walking a lot at my daughter's summer camp! I like the challenge of fitting different foods into my Weight Watchers plan...

We had an event in town this weekend. I did so much walking in the 2 days that I thought I would collapse. I guess it paid off though since I lost 4 lbs. this week. Woo Hoo!

I found myself getting hungry more often. I need to figure out how to correct that.
