newbie starting Atkins!!
Hey there,

Yes it is that time of year again when I make a new years resolution to lose weight (ha....ha). However, i have decided to try Atkins, despite all of the negative attention it receives. I absolutely adore my meat so I believe that this is the one diet that I may be able to get on with. In the past I have found that many diets like to try and turn you into a vegetarian (don't swear at me!) and this simply does nothing for me.

I have noticed that some of you guys are on Atkins. Is there anything I should know before I start tomorrow?
