Back from vacation! Managed to keep off the weight and lost another 2lbs in the process. I walked/jogged 9 miles this past weekend. Haven't begun the Wii Challenge just yet. Today I am heading back to the track to climb some hills and run up and down some hills. I feel good about keeping to this. I've also decided to stick with the fruits and veggies for this week. It really is not bad at all!!

My 4th day of freggies went extremely well!! All done! I actually enjoyed it and will continue to eat freggies. I will, however, add chicken and fish from time to time. I am ready for an excercise challenge. I finally used my brand new one year old CardioTwister! Fun, fun, fun! Taking a vacation. Be back Thursday!
