Ended at 277 on HCG (ended 9/5/12). Started back on LAD 9/10/12...so we will see if I can get below 250 by the end of this round (45 days).

Only 9 days left of the HCG plan - I had a few hiccups (not following plan/gave into temptation sugar/carbs due to stress). This caused some delays in dropping but I got back up and continued on. My goal is to end at 270 or lower.

Well - it's getting slower so I guess I will only meet the 20lbs mark for this round of Phase 2 HCG.

Great progress with HCG following - the 1 day a week Steak diet seems to keep things on track. I'm not sure if it's allowed but I'm going to see what transpires this week with that plan. If the weight is not falling at .5 per day level I'm going to put it into practice on Wed or Thu every week.
If I lose at the .5 per day rate this week, I should be at 78.5 by Sat (although I would love to be at the 75.5 status, but that's not realistic with my weightloss pattern). Wishful thinking I guess!!!
I really want to be at 60 by 8/27 and 50 by 9/10 - that means I'll have to up the walking exercise to make it happen.

Saturday 8/4 - I cheated something awful - had sugar, bread, carbs:
Consumed - chocolate bar, Pringles sourcream & cheese, sasuage, eggs & yeast rolls (2).
Sunday 8/5 - I did the steak day (1 large sirloin steak, 1 beef steak tomato). Tasted HCG chili I made, but didn't avoid salt - took 2 water pills.
I was up 2lbs from Saturday morning - 286 - Sun 288.
No exercise but I will be sticking to the plan without fail moving forward.
Monday morning weiged in 286lbs.!!
Well I failed - even though I successfully followed the Steak day on Sunday, I fell prey to the snacks provided during an all day meeting on Monday this week 8/6 - and had cookies (4 choc chip), hummus & pita chips!
Tues 8/7 - up 2lbs back to 287.8lbs (+1.8lbs)
So I took on the apple day diet today and handled it quite well.
Wed 8/8 - down to 285 today (-2.8lbs)
Followed the plan to the letter, but I do have a work dinner event tonight so it will continue to test my resolve. I'm such an emotional eater that I lose conviction when my resolve is tempted by snacks/sweets in group settings (business meetings/lunches/dinners, etc.)!
My goal is to get into the 70s by the weekend and the 60s by next weekend 8/18!
Hopefully by the 50's by the time the 40day phase 2 is up (9/15).
