I weighed myself only after 2 days of a new week! I stayed the same but I realize that I cant keep doing that if I want to keep my insanity!! For some reason today I am really hungry!

Going out with friends tonight and I ate before I went so I wouldn't be tempted to eat anything while we were out. I am satisfied with what I eat and I am not hungry at all but I feel that if I go out before I ate I would be tempted to eat badly. Trying to do really good on this diet cause I want to fit into my dream wedding dress!!
