Tuesday, March 25, 2014, I have ate 1,110 Calories, 101 Protein grams in take, 22g. sugar and 64 oz. of water. Hopefully I can lose more than 5 pounds this week, since I started on Sunday, March 23, 2014. I have already lost from 334 lbs. to 190 lbs. but regained 13 pounds January, 2014. I have a problem with eating food when nervous, stressed, angry, unhappy, afraid, overly tired, lonely, bored, don't feel loved by others.....which amounts to emotional eating. What got me in trouble from the beginning with my weight gains. I need help with emotional eating and so far talking with a counselor since September, 2012, hasn't seemed to help me out at all. I need someone to tell me what to do to resolve my emotional problems. I had the sleeve weight lose surgery on June 11, 2012, from that date to January 1, 2014, I had loss 144 pounds. I look so different from my normal self due to weight lose and last week had my top front teeth filled in to remove my 2 gaps. My smile does look great but the teeth I think should be a little longer and not so even straight across. That is just me thinking yet I think my smile looks so wonderful, wish I had this done many years earlier.
