OK its official I'm yoyo dieting! Well tomorrow I'm going to start with Atkins shakes. One for breakfast and a Berrie almond milk smoothie for lunch ( or vice versa) the trick comes with dinner cause being vegetarian on any plan is hard. Eggs and cheese get old after a while!!!! But I'm going tyo have to buckle down and get creative with these recipes on here and make sure my calorie intake isn't to low! (We all know that isn't sustainable). Well here's to a new beginning! 😡

ive been eating really well for the past few days tonight is the 3rd day of lower carb eating and my heartburn is gone!!! The only problem this week im facing is loneliness. Im single and plan on staying that way but the past couple of days its been warm and pretty outside and I feel really alone!, I cant shake it. My kids are there and maybe im just bad but there is a void that they just cant seem to fill. :( I really hope this feeling passes soon! I feel shitty!
