From December 1-21, 2012 I did the Inspire Fitness plan created by my cousin Shalyn Cartmill. It helped a lot. Although I had some slip ups, and slack, I did ok. She will be starting a new one Starting February 1st for the whole month. I am determined to get to my goal weight. It's more for me to be healthy. My families have various health issues that I would like to avoid the best I can. So I am taking it upon myself to eat healthier, and be more active than what I am!
