I ate poorly today because I have not had a whole lot of energy to do much lately. I think that I am started to maybe feel depressed about my weight...or at least what I think is depression. I am not really unhappy with myself or my looks...I am unhappy that I can't seem to commit to myself.

I am tired of being the fat drunk girl. I really need to commit to myself and start changing my lifestyle. If I am going to continue to have fun...it really needs to be in moderation or I really need to start paying for one of these local cardio kickboxing classes and really commit. They are $150 a month and I don't think I can just throw money like that away.

I can do this I just have to stop making excuses and do that now. I definitely need to stop bringing my debit card to work. No more McDonalds!!!
