I have the hardest time not blowing the diet when I'm tired. If I don't sleep enough, I am guaranteed to overeat by a lot. Last night was a bad night at my house (one of my kids lost her mind for a little while), so I just said to heck with it, took a melatonin and went to sleep early. Feel pretty good right now, so maybe diet and exercise won't be so hard today!

Dieting is hard for grazers. It's a good thing I really love raw veggies. Hoping new music playlist I just made will manage to help keep me a little more energized throughout the day, so perhaps I'll feel less sluggish after work. So much to do, in so many areas.
