Weights/Cardio - Which One First??
Gnat is 100% correct, I do 5 minutes to warmup then hi the weights for 60 to 90 min depending if I'm lifting heavy or more of isolation high rep work. I don't do cardio everyday either.
Most of my cardio consists of two nights a week playing competative volleyball burns about 700 for a couple of hoursmi. On day a week I do interval training for 20 min, 30 sec fast as I can 60 sec jogging and repeat. Burns calories for hours after you are done.

exercise
It is all about intensity, you can cycle or do zumbe but if you are not full speed you won't maximize your calorie burn. Use weight training and cardio, build muscle. For every pound of muscle you gain your body will burn an exta 50 to 100 calories a day. Add 5 lbs on the low side its250 calories a day.

Hello
I've been trcking calories for a few months already but hope this site will help. I have two weeks left with a high calorie count to try and gain weight. Soon shread mode, go to thegym 6 times a week. Lift d cardio and play volleyball two nights a week. Hope to meet some people here with similar goals. If I can help anyone I'll be glad to.
