Good Morning, can someone explain to me what "MET" stands for? I'm new at this site. On the FITNESS TAB, you can input an activity and it will show you and estimate of MET XX, c/hour? Many Thanks

Day 8 - Insanity, it's getting better but I'm not as fit as last time round, i need to motivate myself to keep pushing and eat better.
