I am 380 fricking pounds. I have had enough. I can't move, I am in pain everywhere. I can't walk more than 100 steps before my back starts killing me setting off these unforgiving side cramps near my ribs. Add IBS to it all and its a double whammy. I am going to do personaltrainerfood.com along with trying to get more active once I get down to 340. Where I was when my back did not hurt me.
