Decided to start the new year with a 3 mile run. Haven't run 3 miles in YEARS. My knee is saying I should have "eased into it", but now that I've done it I am motivated to work back up to the 6 miles a day I used to do when I looked my best. I am firmly motivated now! and I really feel great! (even if my knee isn't happy about this.... that's just too bad. The rest of me is pushing forward!)
