Well I'm in a great frame of mind and feel I can do this. I so want to be fit to stand in front of my KRMA students.
I want to feel good in my clothes instead of feeling I want to hide myself away.
It'll be really good for my knee to shift some fat so I'm staring Monday on the muscle building fat burning diet that Tania has sorted out for me.

Oh well, have gone completely off track since the office move. Feeling like my eating is out of control and often feeling bloated, sick, frumpy. Why am I doing this to myself?
I want to feel sleek and fit and in charge of me again.
