So, yesterday I went to an hour long bootcamp with a friend. It's been 2 years since I've really worked out and I lived the bootcamp I did then, so I figured I'd like this one, too. It.kicked.my.butt. My legs are so sore from all the squats and running! It was fun bc it was just 3 girls plus the guy trainer. I'm hoping to go back, but my husband's work schedule is about to make it nearly impossible for me. Even though I'm so sore I can't imagine climbing my stairs, I want to do it again bc I know I have to get past this initial pain. :-) I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to working out, but all I can imagine is in about 5 months trying to get into a swimsuit. I no longer want to be the mom at swim lessons, the waterpark, or on vacation in the one piece with a skirt. I want to rock a 2 piece and look good doing it!
