chopped chicken salad w/ blue cheese, bacon, avocado, granola & basil dressing.
1/2 portion for lunch at Olive & Ivy.
Went to Jimmy Woo's for Happy Hour and had 1/2 serving of California roll, edemame and spicy tuna. Calorie counter has different calories for each type of roll. Not sure what to enter. Jimmy Woo's is not in calorie counter.

Today is Friday 6/22 Went to El Santo in Scottsdale and had a mixed plate of vegetables; Carrots, red pepper, cucumber and Hummus. The Hummus was about 1 1/4 cups. Not sure how to measure since El Santo is not on the calorie counter or other websites.
