I can't believe I gained so much! From tomorrow on I am not eating anymore! Calories and food are evil, no food just water!!!
I am never touching a calorie again, and as punishment I will push myself until my body hurts!!!
I was/and still are upset when I saw the number on the scale this morning! Staying away from food will be my new goal!NO MORE FOOD!!!
