I am a 36-year-old happily married father of two. My daughter is three and my son is 7 weeks (as of my October 07 join date.) I have always been a big kid, now an adult, but very athletic. I have played rugby for close to 20 years as well as just about every team sport. I did a triathlon in 06. My goal for 08 is to run a marathon. As I am getting older, I realize I need to lose weight so I can stay active and be around a long time for my family.

In my professional life, I am an elementary school principal and want to improve my appearance as I try to move up in my profession.
