I was involved in a terrible accident and have had 4 major surgeries since August 2013. Each surgery has made me less mobile. My only exercise is using my crutches around the house and to go to doctor's appointments. I have gained 35 pounds in the past 6 months and need to take the weight off. It has made me extremely down on myself as I have always maintained an ideal weight. My family is very supportive but I want to lose approximately 30 pounds so that I feel good about myself again.
