Hi! My Name is Travis. Turned 30 last October and have been slowly gaining weight. Currently weighing in at 212Lbs. In my early to mid 20s I was fairly active with work and on occasion would work out with the equipment I had at the time. But now I've been slowly gaining weight and I'm looking forward to losing a few pounds. Currently don't have any type of time frame in which to lose this weight. But using this site, I hope to keep track of the good/bad foods I eat. Will try to fit in a few work outs here and there while I'm at it.
