It felt good to get up at 4am this morning and workout at planetfitness. Got some ab work in and could not go back to sleep because of the 2hr delay. I felt mentally and physically good today!

Today, I really took inventory of what I ate. I eat more than what I really want to eat. I would like to eat fresher foods like vegetables and fruits but its hard to get. This is great to use this as an outlet of my emotions.
