How to loss weight through Pilates exercise?
I am engaged in Pilates for half a year. Result is minus 10 kg, good body, beautiful posture and pain in the back has stopped. I'm working at https://wedohomework.net/ so I had lot of sitting. It is very important to engage in pilates with a competent coach who will choose the program of exercises individually for you. Besides training on cable machines, I like an exercise with a roll (who takes pilates, they will understand me))))), with a ball and with a ribbon.
When coach showed me a couple of simple exercises, I could not repeat them to my shame. Time passed, now much is obtained, the body became flexible. Also I advise to combine pilates with cardio and pool. I advise everyone to do Pilates! 🙂
