Ok, for as long as I can remember my dream is to be slim and happy. Now I am not so sure, I am in a catch 22 situation and was wondering if anyone can help me here. My starting weight was 126.9kg odd and now I am on 102.3, that is a good 20odd kg's. I am starting to see changes in my body that has put me on halt. I have severe excess skin under my arms and my tummy is starting to wrinkle. My legs have two extra folds in my inner thigh and to be dead honest, I feel as if I am looking worse naked than I did before!!!
I know that you can have this removed eventually but I do not heal very well from cuts and my scars will be very visible. I do not want to tattoo my entire body to cover the scars, it is just not me.
My family and friends says that I look nice now and should stay this way, I on the other hand am not happy and want to loose so much more!!!
What do I do????

I am feeling down and negative, cannot understand why. Eating whatever I want and all carbs!!! Please let next week make some sense.....where is my spirit!

I don't care if I do not loose this week, the only goal I have is to eat right this week and get back to the program, no more excuses. I was starving when I woke up this morning and decided to have salad with my rye this morning BIG oops as I added olives etc. Tomorrow I will have just greens that, aught to do it. I know my chest is not clear yet but am going for a walk to start the exercise going.
Today I am starting my next 20kg mark, I want to loose 20kg by December and will award myself with a 3 week holiday at the coast. If I don't get there well.......I will be staying home for the holidays scrubbing the and cleaning.

I have been very scares these days working of Financial Statements etc, when I am busy I tend to eat and not even remember what went into my mouth, sooooo staying away from the scale this week.... feeling better though and off the MILO. Pontjie, I ended up having one spoon of MILO and one HORLICKS did not taste too bad and it helped. Thanks for the tip.

Milo is very high in cals :-( it is the only liquid I can drink that does not upset my tummy, not doing the diet very well..... whish this damn bug would just leave me now!!! I need to be hot by December man!!!!
