Day 6 of Fat Smash. ( I lost a few posts because I didnt hit the save botton!)

Its now getting a bit tougher. However, that just means I will have to be more creative. Today, I am going to attempt to make veggie tikka masala within the confines of Phase 1 of FS. And for giggles I will also try to make dal makahani ( spelling?). I will be going to the local health food store/coop to get some ingredients the local supermarket doesnt carry. Hopefully, I will also be able to find a brown rice noodle. That would be really cool, cause that would fit into of whole phase 1 thing.

I need to start exercising, but Im feeling like poo. So, I wont be doing that for a bit. Also, I went on the scale yesterday. Im down 2 pounds in 5 days. I should be happy about that ..but Im really not. When I went on FS a few years ago, I lost about 9 lbs on phase 1. I know it has everything to do with post cancer stuff and my new slow metabolism, but its still disappointing.

So this post is a bit of a downer. What are the positives?

1) Im being creative with eating and exploring new receipes.
2) I have lost weight.
3) Im a cancer survivor and least I have a metabolism.
