My diet plan
Hello all,
I was an obese girl during my teenage and many people used to tease and make fun of me. I'm a crazy pizza fan and on those days I regularly used to order pizza online every night. One fine day I was fed up with all those teasing and I decided to lose my weight. It was very difficult for me to stop eating pizza. For 1 year I ate only half cooked vegetables, homely cooked meals and fresh fruits. I was able to spot out the difference in me and I was losing weight slowly. It took nearly 1 year for me to maintain my diet and body. Now I'm just 106 lbs and i'm really happy.
After the one year of boring diet I really missed eating pizza. Also I found a new pizza place Vancouver (

) and I used to order pizza online weekly once. I have a balanced as well as a weekly once interesting diet to stay fit.

Wine and weight loss
I too agree with them. Wine is not that good for weight loss. One of my friend tried to consume wine daily to lose her weight. But she didn't have any difference even after drinking wine regularly before bed time. I read in an article that drinking wine before bed is really bad for health. It affects our sleep and sleep deprivation leads to weight gain.

Kinda lost here! a little help?
The gaining of your weight depends on how often you eat crabs. Sea food is really healthy and contains a lot of proteins. Don't cook them with lot of greasy oil and don't eat it in excess. Have a balanced diet. Mainly if you have the habit of having junk food, you should try to stop it. Not completely, because you should have a interesting diet. Try to eat mostly the home made meals and stay healthy and fit.
