At the moment, I am drinking plenty of water, focusing on proteins during morning and afternoon, then carbs (minimal) in evening. This is according to a site I found regarding boosting the body's ability to produce hGH naturally.
Of course, I still drink my coffee with sugar and cream in the morning, a habit I need to break to be true to carb rule.
Focusing on healthy eating, whole grains, veggies, lean meats, sugars. Need to not starve self, then eat badly.

omg, gained 12 pounds in last year. all considered, i suppose it could be worse. new relationship, moving, road food, travelling, adjusting to winter, cooking, holidays... ok enough for the excuses, first things first - gotta work in some exercise daily, anything! til later...

damn damn damn, one stiff drink and chips w/ dip... and kablam, calories off the charts for today. have to do extra exercise for this tomorrow. argh. who the heck invented chips and dip?
didn't feel like over a 1000 calories. i am so pissed.
