I ate only salads meats & veggies. fruit for snacks - water
bacon eggs grits for breakfast
chicken n salad for lunch
baked chicken - dark leaf cabbage for dinner
snack in between banana, mango, plum. 1 @ 2hrs after breakfast
1 @ 2hrs after lunch
1@ 2hrs after dinner - dinner was at 6pm .
did this for 4 days because I was 238 on Monday am and Tues am.
so I lost 1 pound in 4 days on a strict cutback for ME. normall I eat 3 times a day but bread, sweets, rice and potatoes was always included. eating like this I can maintain my weight, but have to be strict to nlose it first. planning to add some exercise for the next 4 days along with the strict diet - wonder if I can lose 2 pounds in 4 days. Lalalalala
