4th day. I'm trying to balance my meals. I can only eat between 8am to 6pm but it's hard to fit in all my meals in this period. I drink my pills 1/2 hour before eating so 7h45am, I get busy and end up drinking my shake 9am and forget the pill I have to take with my shake. I'm used to eating one time a day but with lots of snacks. Shake Shake Meal is a bit heavy, at 3pm I'm already growling at everyone. Wanted to try Shake Meal Shake today, +/- 1h30 - 2h00pm, it's about 4 1/2 - 5 hours after breakfast but I didn't feel like meal so I went with to shake. Drank pills 5h30pm now 6h20pm and not ready to eat because I'm drinking whiskey and smoking. I'm constantly nauseous but suspected because of whiskey. Heartburn worse today, burping acid (also wiskey...?). Headache major and currently drinking 3 Comprals and though it's still there but I loath to go to 4 (NOT wiskey!!! I get this headache weather I drink or not!!!) I am attempting to do this as a robot. I am not ready to do what all said should be done which is to love yourself which means to introspect which means to think too much which means to feel to much. Just TOO much of everything. Spent years avoiding that crap so one day at a time. Stomach hard.
