I know I have not checked in for a while so here goes. During the months of June-July I reach weights of 206-207, mainly because I was eating sweets. You see there was this cookie/pastry call French Twist that is additive! When I stopped buying them I was able to get down to 204-205 range. Then I had to cut down on my execise from 6-7 days to 3-4 days and that seemed to work to get me down to 203-204 range. I just bought a recumbant bike so I hope that helps me reach my goal....

I have been exercising every day, 25 push-ups, 25 sit-ups 15 crunches and walk 2 miles one day and weights 20 reps, 10 lbs, 4 different types, walk 1.5 miles the next day and alternate each day all week.
After vacation in Mexico for 12 days, I weighed myself upon my return 1 May 13 and was 210! After doing the above I lost almost 7 pounds!

Well most of this month I weighted 206-207 and reached my goal but 26 and 27 Mar 13 I had some Poppeye's fried chicken and my weight shot up to 210 lbs.
