well i splerged a lil last night i had a ham salad sandwich at work and 2 slices of pizza... today i had 8 saltine crackers with thin sliced colby on them and cookie dough ice cream, i need to find the will power to sat no to this junk food

im feeling pretty good today....to cold to walk going to do sit ups....any other thoughts on loosing the belly fat, right now its soooooooooooooo bitter out to go walking outside. i was suuggested on doing sit ups/ cruches.....cant afford to go to gym, although i have seen Zumba on youtube.......may start this on my own. :0)

i think today was better. i want to start walking or do at least 20-30 mins of excerise, just unsure of which ones to do and how long after you eat are you suppose to. and drink more water. i need to get motatived and cant with the snow and sleet its hard for me to get out and to join a gym, hahaha ok, im barely making my bills and putting food on the table. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HELP!!!
