Worth making a note, my daily pro-points target appears to be 34. Handy to know :)
Dieting for me is an interesting proposition. There are a lot of specialised diets going on in my house as it is. I have a dairy allergy, which means I tend to need goats milk or soya substitutes, and my fiancee is on a controled carbs, controled fats, controled fluid intake low sodium and low potassium diet for his medical conditions. We cant afford to be eating seperate meals every day, so I'm going to be needing to do some interesting balancing acts to get this to work.
