Ok, I admit it... it's my fault. I weighed in at the WIC Office today and the scale read... ugh.... 223lbs. What in the world? Gaining... again. DANG IT!! I do see light at the end of the tunnel. I bought ZUMBA. Loving it!! I vowed do ZUMBA everyday for the rest of my life. That will get the weight numbers going in the right direction. Ok fat.... You can't live here any longer. Time for you to go. 6 months.. 6 months... and I will be at my goal weight. What day is that? Hummmm.....November 1, 2013.... done.
