Hi, I was diagnosed with metastatic malignant melanoma in Sept 2013. All the lymph nodes in my groin (left) were removed and I was on Interferon. The side effects were horrendous and I have stopped treatment. Due to the fact that I do not have lymph nodes, I have to cut out fat, and because of the cancer I have tried to eliminate all and any sugars (the ones from carbs as well. I have lost 22kg since Sept 2013 and would like some suggestions as to menu, recipe, foods etc that I can eat.
Just eating raw veggies is not fun anymore. PLEASE HELP!!!
