120 hour fasting update. 72 hours down, 48 hours to go.

Interesting effect, I feel less tired than I were when I normally ate. My energy level has increased and my senses are more sensitive than usual. I'm more perceptive of my surroundings. Maybe that's what's supposed to happen. I do feel like I want to kill something though, like straight up murder a rabbit or something and eat it raw. Survival instincts kicking in?

Cavemen would go a week without food on group hunting expeditions to find a large kill (mammoth?) to bring back home and I'm guessing their perceptive sharpness had to evolve over time in order to hunt successfully.

Speaking of hunting and killing, I've declared war on all bugs and weeds in the back yard. I got me 10 lbs of food-grade diatomaceous earth to seal both entrances to the house and windows and I think I've covered all dark areas and cracks that roaches, ants, and spiders could hide in.

I leave the webbing spiders alone in their corners, I only kill the spiders that won't stay in one place, like the Hobo spider. I got bit one time when I was sleeping and it left a huge rotting welt on the inside of my thigh. I plan on spraying some DTE in stagnant waters where mosquitoes might lay eggs and breed new larvae.

Sprayed a bunch of DTE on my strawberry plant that survived the winter, well, 1/2 of a strawberry plant, the other half couldn't handle the frost (and I had 3 different species of strawberries in one large pot). Natural selection? The weeds will be handled accordingly as well.
