The New Year so a New ME! my goal is to lose at least 20kgs by the end of April by going on a low calorie eating plan. I am watching my food portion size and attempting to eat on a more regular basis instead of just eating when I remember and eating the wrong type of foods. I have already cut out Bread and I am working on cutting back on Cheese as these two items are my biggest down fall!
