Ever since my hernia surgery on January 10th, I can`t seem to get this keto diet restarted. I either bounce back and forth between weights, or just hit a plateau. Funny part is they are weights from my past, so they must be like a set point. Have lost some inches but not pounds.
Granted I`m still down 47 pounds from where I was, but that still doesn`t prevent me from wanting to give up. I mainly went on the LCHF diet because of my parkinsons and kidney disease. Get rid of the sugar and the kidneys work somewhat better. (Less water is retained.)
