Not sure how this works but here it goes.
Goal- I want to tone up my body
I have swapped my snacks with dried fruits and nuts but I am finding it hard to cut out chocolate. Another issue is I am a bit of a vegie phobe so eating a balanced diet is hard. Its like I have a mental block when it comes to them.
I am determined to get through it though :)
