At my heaviest I was a size 14-16. I fit more in 16's. I lost a bunch of weight by doing CEA HOW program. It wasn't a plan for me that I wanted to stay on for the rest of my life, but it did teach me to eat healthier and for that I am so grateful. I went down to a size 8-10 and once I got off I went up to a size 12. I have been able to maintain my size 12 for several years, but I need to up my progress and get into a lower size ward robe and be more fit. I struggle with fibromyalgia and hyper auto immune disease. I do more walking, stretching and easier on the joint exercises. I try to walk 4-5 days a week at least 30 min, plus my stretching and additional exercises before bed which helps with my fibromyalgia. I hope this program helps me to lose weight but still enjoy some of the foods I enjoy. I hope this is a life style change that works great with my body!!
