Need Help!
I have been on HCG before and did really well...this time i have been on for exactly one month and have not even hit 10lbs yet...that is insane...i have not cheated once and i am drinking enough water...i buy my drops from healthyourselfalive.com and have called them and they said i was on track...give me a break...no way...i lost 9lbs the first day when i did it before. Any suggestions? I am thinking i am going to stop and start a different type of weight loss plan...

Need Help!
Lol...thank you...I need you for sure. It is HCG so it is 500 calories and very limited...but when i did it before i was so incredibly disciplined it is just hard to go from now eating real food to eating just a few items...so tomorrow when i eat i will put it all in and then you will see what we are working with...deal?

Need Help!
Hi...so tomorrow is going to be my first day of phase II...AGAIN...i have done this before and lost about 70lbs and felt and looked great but for some reason this time i cannot or wont get started...i need a jump kick in the butt now so i can move forward to a healthy new me! HELP???!!! PLEASE! Rolling Eyes
