Healthy breakfast including greek yogurt, granola, strawberries and kiwi. Kiwi has some great nutrients and fiber! Happy Tues. all. Ms. Green mug shouts out to Ms. red mug Buenita!

Hey, Happy Monday FS Peeps!
I've decided to weigh weekly for a bit. I was making myself nutty! Also, hard to quantify some things when I eat out. Ex., had a small flatbread yesterday and a diet coke. Had absolutely no clue what he cals were in the flatbread, so ate fruit and yogurt later for supper when I was hungry (and before 8pm, no food after then for this girl)! Hoping it all balanced out. 🤞
Had some time to do some creative painting this weekend. One was for a decorative road sign which hubs and I maintain for our little road. The other was full-on fun creative me. I needed a pop of color for my home office, and a creative outlet. I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. I might post at some point but my art is kind of personal (and definitely abstract like me)!
Hope you all had a nice weekend and did something fun and creative too. 🎨🖌

Up a bit. Part of the reason I am getting stricter this week. I was probably even higher. System still out of whack since Jan. surgery. I tried 'different' things to see if I could get back on track, and to be honest, I still havent quite figured out the new formula.
I think I may have stumbled across a source of my gastric distress, apples ( I've always had a slight allergy), I found out it was high fodmap. And, I love it in my oatmeal! But I will be eliminating it for a bit and adding additiinal low fodmap foods into the mix. We are finally getting nice FL strawberries transported north. We shall see if low fodmap helps! It's still about CICO, but it's hard to get those calories out when your gut has been rebelling!
Weigh-in:
150.2 lb
lost so far:
14.8 lb
still to go:
15.2 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Had my mammogram and passed! Something I dread because I'm always concerned about the outcome, but something I need to do again, because I'm concerned about the outcome.
Ladies, if it's been more than a year, I highly encourage you to have your mammogram! There are a lot of free resources out there if $ is an issue, call your local clinic to learn your options. Not leaving out the boys. I think men feel more of a stigma about breast cancer. If you have any lumps, bumps, family history or concerns please get checked.
Until next year...
In the meantime taking a month off of drink, lowering inflammation (learning about low fodmaps) and need to add exercise back in the mix. Weather hear has been cold, rainy and windy, I will get there.
