Okay, so I haven't been on here forever, but I notice I always come back on here the same time ever year...there's a pattern going on here. I must gain weight weight every winter and then have to try and loose it, only to end up right back where I started the following year all over again. I can't put in my weight at the moment as I have no idea how much I weigh. I need to set up the wii fit to check my weight, something for me to do in tomorrow...like I don't have enough to do. I am not happy right now, but I hope over the next few weeks I can change that :-(

No more Coke, whit stuff, or greasy food allowed!! My sin is Pizza and I really gotta stay away from that, cuz I can't just eat 1 slice!!

Had a bit of a bad week...didn't make it to the gym as much as I usually do and I ate Pizza, my sin!! Back to schedual now though...and my weigh in for next week should be much, much better
