snacked on iced coffee and Almond M&M's
over a bit, but working on underages from Friday and Saturday. Lots of running around on Saturday night to bring beer upstairs and busy busy night.

Day 1 Motivation - going to The Island with Sean next week. Kick start.
Motivation - Trying to keep off the weight I lost over the past couple of weeks.
Need to learn portion control for the foods I eat and their real calorie counts. Already surprised to see how many calories I was taking in by eating good food, but in large quantities. Being aware is a big key I think and the counter will really help. I am smart about the types of food to eat, just not how to control how much I eat.
Need to get out and move some more.
Need to get my head in a good place for this too. Keep it happy and focused.
A lot of information to take in and research right now on this weight loss, getting healthy journey. I am sure it will get easier as I go.
I have to decide if I am going to join Jill and Kim on their "Take Shape For Life" plan. Sounds like a good idea, but I would rather do it without the Medifast part. Keeping it real with real food seems like a much better idea, but the rest of the plan sounds excellent.
