up 2.2 lbs. I really don't understand this.
I had a 800 calorie bike ride yesterday, and only ate 2100 calories all day.
Maybe it's time for another refeed day?
I'll stick with the diet a few more days and if I don't have a drop this week, I'll refeed.

That means that I lost fat while gaining muscle, the holy grail of bodybuilding.
